📍 Shipping Area
We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

To ensure reliability, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our system automatically selects the best carrier based on your location and package size.
1. Shipping Costs
Transparency is key to our business. We offer a simple, straightforward shipping rate:

Applied to all domestic U.S. orders regardless of weight or the number of items (T-shirts or Mugs) in your cart.
2. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.
- Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
- If your tracking number doesn’t show activity after 4 business days, please contact our support team.
3. Handling Delays & Shipping Issues
While we strive for perfection, external factors can sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your patience in the following scenarios:
Peak Seasons: During holidays or sales (e.g., Black Friday), handling time may extend to 3 business days.
Address Issues: Please double-check your address. Incorrect info can lead to significant delivery delays.
Weather: Severe weather conditions may impact carrier transit times.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you cannot find it, or if your mugs arrive broken, please contact support@nologeek.com within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
