Refund & Return Policy

At Nologeek, we stand behind the quality of our T-shirts, tank tops, and ceramic mugs. Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair experience for every customer. Please read our comprehensive policy below.

1. The 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return guarantee. This window begins from the day your package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed (free of any scents, pet hair, or stains).
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.

2. Non-Returnable & Partial Refund Situations

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or may only qualify for a partial refund:

  • Items on “Final Sale” or promotional clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Damages and Issues (Our Mistake)

We take pride in our production process, but mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit (e.g., a broken mug), or if you receive the wrong item/size, contact us at support@nologeek.com immediately.

In these cases, Nologeek will: Provide a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all shipping costs involved in correcting the error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer’s Remorse

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Error

If the product is defective or incorrect, we provide a pre-paid return label or cover the shipping cost 100%.

5. The Step-by-Step Refund Process

Step 1: Application Contact us at support@nologeek.com with your Order # and photos if the item is damaged.
Step 2: Authorization Once approved, we will send you the return address and a Return Authorization Number.
Step 3: Quality Check Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
Step 4: Completion If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (usually 3-5 business days). If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nologeek.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
