At Nologeek, we understand that plans can change. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a 4-hour window immediately after placing an order to request any adjustments or cancellations.

If you need to modify your order (size, color, or item) or request a cancellation, please reach out to us within the first 4 hours via:

⚠️ Important Production Note: After this 4-hour window has passed, your order is automatically sent to our production facility for printing (T-shirts/Mugs). At this stage, we are unable to make further changes or cancellations.

To ensure a smooth delivery of your apparel and mugs, please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including street name, apartment/suite number, city, and ZIP code.

Nologeek is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

📦 Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending orders to a corrected address.
