Note: All orders must be paid in full before they are moved into our production queue for personalization (T-shirts/Mugs).
2. Payment Authorization & Processing
Upon receiving your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved.
As our products are personalized and hand-crafted to your specific design and requests, production will only begin after your payment has been successfully confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the amount paid will be considered full payment for the items listed.
3. Secure Checkout Experience
To complete your purchase, simply click the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will be redirected to a secure payment-processing environment:
- PayPal Gateway: Payments are processed securely via PayPal. If you use a credit card through PayPal, the transaction will appear on your statement as “PayPal”.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout, whether it was a PayPal account or a credit/debit card.
Timeframe: Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7-10 business days for the funds to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time (3-5 business days) to reflect the balance in your account.
