What types of products do you offer?

Nologeek specializes in personalized apparel and drinkware, specifically high-quality T-shirts, tank tops, and ceramic mugs. Each item is crafted to order to ensure the best quality for our customers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we begin the production process quickly, you have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a change or cancellation. Please email us immediately at support@nologeek.com with your order number.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time is divided into two parts:
Handling Time: 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: 2-4 business days.
Most orders arrive within 3-6 business days.

What is your shipping cost?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Please contact us at support@nologeek.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged product (like a broken mug or misprinted shirt), please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
